Our first Open House kicks off with a Movement Class to invigorate your body, mind & spirit! This class will include a mix of Pilates matwork, flowing motions, rhythmic exercises, and core strengthening & stretching — all to live music!
Then join us afterward to celebrate the studio opening with brunchy snacks & refreshments.
We'll offer studio specials & short demos of our other studio offerings such as Pilates, dance & drumming.
